About Nemak USA

Nemak USA is segment of Nemak Americas, comprising of a corporate office just outside of Detroit, Michigan, and manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama. Our close proximity to North American customers lends itself well to our early involvement with product design, engineering, and testing.

Our sales, advanced engineering, and product development teams work closely with our operations to produce primarily High Pressure Die Cast components to deliver customized products. Employees have ample opportunities to work in different functions, processes, and even locations within Nemak Americas due to our focus on employee training and continued education. Nemak USA has achieved certification as a Top Employer since 2021.

Nemak Achievers Scholarship

As part of our ongoing effort to attract top talent, a $3500 scholarship is awarded to one high school student per location.

In addition, the student is granted the opportunity for a paid internship at Nemak with the possibility of returning for consecutive paid summer internships until college graduation. This award seeks an exceptional high-school senior pursuing a career in the automotive, engineering, or manufacturing industries.

About Nemak Wisconsin

Nemak Wisconsin consists of 2 High Pressure Die Casting facilities in Sheboygan, WI. With 40+ Die Cast Machines and 100+ CNC Machines, we are focused on delivering the best quality product in the safest manner to our customers. Our site is one the of the Product Development Centers within our USA locations, which focuses on new product development. Roughly 1000 employees from our community and surrounding communities are employed for skilled and unskilled positions. Our employees are talented, innovative, and collaborative, and Nemak encourages personal development and growth opportunities for them.

About Sheboygan

Sheboygan is located on the shores of Lake Michigan about an hour north of Milwaukee and an hour south of Green Bay. We are commonly referred to as the “Malibu of the Midwest” for our freshwater activities such as surfing, fishing, boating, and much more. Sheboygan hosts many events for adults, families, and children year-round to keep everyone active. One of the beautiful state parks is nestled on the southside of Sheboygan where there are wonderful hiking trails, picturesque beaches, and bunches of wildlife to view.

Community Involvement

Nemak WIS participates in multiple community involvement activities every year. We participate annually in activities such as the Road America Walk/Run benefiting the Cancer Society and United Way’s Day of Caring where Nemak teams up with Project Angel Hugs and other local non-profits. To give back locally, we also sponsor local employee-involved sport teams and run food drives for local organizations.
