Talent Programs

Engenius Mexico


Engenious is a five week internship program at Nemak in which students work to develop a Project related to innovation that impacts directly into our operations. Participants' skills are challenged in real-world engineering matters, giving them the opportunity to prove their talent and complete to win internships, scholarships and more.

Internship/Co-op Program USA


This program offers college students challenging experiences and projects to help develop their skills while solving problems at Nemak. The program offers internships and co-ops in fields such as: Controls Engineering, Process Engineering, Tooling Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Machining Engineering, and other relevant technical fields. The program also leverages hiring co-ops and interns to full-time positions upon graduation.

Nemak Achievers Program USA


This programs seeks to reward engineering students who show achievement outside and inside the classroom. The scholarship offers a $3500 tuition scholarship and a paid summer internship.

Dual Study Program Poland


Dual studies program is carried out by  Silesian University of Technology. The program combines theory with the practical skills gained through work. Each year comprises 6 months of classes at the University and 6 months of practical education at Nemak Poland. Dual studies improves the students chances on the labour market later on and give us chance to work with talented and ambitious students.

Plant Tour/Visits Linz


We offer students and pupils from mandatory schools to visit our company in order to get to know different apprenticeships. Those visits are an important basis for their decision-making as they can benefit from talking to trainers and apprentices here at Nemak Linz. For our company this is a good opportunity to promote technical professions and to constantly enlarge our team with skilled people.

Young Apprentice South America


This program encourages and support the presence of young people from the community in professional qualification programs. Develop and qualify labor, promoting knowledge of Nemak processes.

Internship Program South America


Our Internship Program aims to attract higher education students with the potential to be developed as future professionals, according to Nemak's values and culture.

Trainee Program: People with Disabilities South America


In this program we prepare young graduates, through a robust development program aligned with the Nemak culture. At the end of the Program, these professionals must be prepared to take on important challenges within the organization.
