Studies

Anyone who wants to lay the foundation with us after graduating from high school is in good hands with a dual study program or cooperative study program in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. At the end of the dual study program, they receive an internationally recognized bachelor's degree: by this point, Nemak Pilsting graduates have also gained a lot of practical work experience that is needed in the company.

Pilsting location

Since March 2015, aluminum structural castings have been processed at the Pilsting plant in the secondary process after the casting process. The following processes are used:

Solution annealing
Automatic straightening
Heat treatment
Grinding
Machining

To meet the high-quality standards of our customers, we check all structural components in a final inspection before they are delivered directly to the customer. Since 2019, the assembly processes of gluing, punch riveting, and spot welding have been used for another customer.
