Sustainability at Nemak

At Nemak, we regularly conduct health campaigns aimed at preventing illnesses and promoting the well-being of our employees. Additionally, to support their welfare, we have access to psychologists who offer guidance and deliver wellness seminars.
Our social development team initiates various programs throughout the year. Internally, we provide fitness classes and workshops to encourage physical activity and camaraderie among colleagues.
