Engineering Center

In January 2023 we opened our Engineering Center in Raunheim near Frankfurt/Main. The center serves as a hub that enables the technological transformation of NEMAK by supporting the development of new products and technologies together with our customers. It allows for the construction of prototypes as well as the testing of different materials and assembly processes. The center also sets the frame for high caliber exchange between experts for cutting edge technologies. Here we merge technology with new products and science with hands on practicability. With our regular technology conferences, we have established a solid interaction with external experts and international universities.

The team is made up of technology experts from more than 30 countries underscoring our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion. Together they collaborate to develop sustainable products for a better and greener world of tomorrow.

Technical Talent@Nemak

For developing our talents we have started several activites under the umbrella of Technical Talent@Nemak – offering both functional career paths as well as management development programmes. To accompany the personal development we regularly offer Innovation Days or invite key-note speakers, to discuss the latest technological trends.

We have established a global network of mentors and mentees, helping our talent to grow within Nemak.
